To be eligible for the NIPUN Professional Programme, you must be under or exactly 29 years of age as on 15th August 2026, hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA), and have a minimum of one year of relevant full-time work experience (full-time fellowships are considered eligible, while internships and part-time engagements are not). You should also demonstrate working proficiency in both Hindi and English. We encourage applications from candidates across diverse academic disciplines and professional backgrounds who meet these eligibility criteria.

The MP NIPUN Professionals Program is a two-year, full-time, paid
professional program that enables young professionals to work with
district administrations across Madhya Pradesh to strengthen the
implementation of NIPUN MP Program to improve foundational
learning outcomes for children.

What will I do as an MP NIPUN Professional?

As an MP NIPUN Professional, you will be a key member of the district NIPUN team, working alongside government stakeholders to strengthen the implementation of the NIPUN mission. You will support district-level planning and governance, build the capacity of academic mentors, use data to drive outcome-oriented action, and help ensure foundational literacy and numeracy remain a district-wide priority.

The program offers a ₹70,000 monthly stipend (all inclusive), a unique opportunity to work closely with district administration, certification from the Government of Madhya Pradesh and its program partners, and a structured professional development journey that includes mentoring, curated learning experiences, and a vibrant peer and alumni network.

How do I apply and get selected?

The selection process consists of four stages: an online
application, a psychometric assessment, and two rounds of
interview. Candidates are evaluated on their motivation,
problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership
potential, and alignment with the program's mission.

What is the tenure of this programme?

The MP NIPUN Professional programme is a two-year program, with a performance evaluation at the end of the first year. Continuation into the second year is subject to satisfactory performance.
