Collaborate with District Collectors, CEO-ZPs, and education officials to strengthen the implementation of NIPUN Bharat. NIPUN professionals help identify implementation challenges, improve governance processes, and support districts in achieving foundational learning goals for every child.
Use programme and learning data to monitor progress, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Support district and block review meetings, track key performance indicators, and enable data-driven decision-making that improves learning outcomes at scale.
Work closely with district/block level mentor cadres, and state teams to strengthen instructional leadership. Facilitate capacity-building initiatives, provide field support, and contribute to developing a stronger ecosystem of academic mentoring across the district.
Conduct school visits, engage with teachers and district stakeholders, and contribute to strategies that improve foundational literacy and numeracy. As a Nipun Professionals you will also help strengthen collaboration across departments and communities, ensuring that every intervention leads to better learning experience.
